The Process
BBB monitor the real estate market obsessively, looking for demand and opportunity. Being a small team means we are flexible. We can demolish an existing property and design for the site, we can take over (and improve) a stalled project with existing plans, or renovate an existing home and subdivide the balance of the block. Each job is paired with an architect, selected for their individual flair and capacity.
Our architects know the BBB team demand the best possible finished product. Together, we take the time to make sure all the details are right.

Once the completed plans are approved the specifications begin. Every brick, tile, light fitting and plant is selected. These details go to our digital artist who brings the finished dwelling, almost, to life. The proof is in our pictures.
