Brown Bell Build is a boutique property development company. Our specialty is multi-residential projects of between two and six homes.

We are a small team and run just a few projects at a time. This means we can be personally involved in every detail.

The potential of each site provides our inspiration. Collaborating with an exclusive group of architects, we ensure the design of each development responds to and maximises the potential of its environment. But, common to all, are sun light, high ceilings, classic, quality fixtures, quiet private spaces and natural textures like oak floors, recycled bricks and stone benches.
