BBB has been developing homes across Melbourne since 2010 but the Directors, Stephen Brown and Kerry Bell, have spent a lifetime acquiring their skills.

Stephen Brown

Stephen’s passion for developing is a logical consequence of a career spent in real estate, mortgage brokering and financial planning. After a decade as Director of his own Financial Planning Firm, Stephen made a gradual move into developing, starting with his own small projects. His comprehensive background in real estate and his contacts throughout Melbourne’s financial community have ensured the successful and profitable completion of all BBB developments.

Stephen’s focus on the financial viability of each project, and the expenditure throughout, ensures every vendor receives the keys to the best possible home for their investment.

Kerry Bell

Kerry’s skills complement Stephen’s. Her role is to create a home you will love. After 20 years as a retailer, buyer and stylist in home and kitchen wares, she understands all those little things that change an ordinary house into an exceptional home. Kerry works closely with our architects and builders to make every dwelling the very best it can be. She is responsible for the selection of all materials, colours and finishes, and is regularly on site, liaising with the building teams and monitoring quality.
